Synopsis

A young orthopedic resident, Dong-geon, treats a beautiful woman in the ER after a traffic accident—only to later realize she’s his sister-in-law. As buried memories of her body resurface, forbidden desire begins to stir beneath the surface of family gatherings and mountain hikes. Bound by medical oaths and blood ties, he struggles to suppress what he saw—and what he still wants.
