The call from my husband came around one o’clock.

I was completely drained, my body exhausted from masturbating nonstop since morning.

Even the vibrator seemed to be losing power—the vibrations weren’t as strong as they’d been earlier, probably because the batteries were running low.

“Hello…?”

I answered the phone, forcing myself to sound calm. It was Daniel.

“Hey, baby. How are you feeling?”

“You!! Just wait until you get home tonight—you’re going to get it!!”

“Ah, ah—don’t be mad. Just bring me the documents on my desk. I need them by half past one!!”

“Honey!! Hello?! Hello!!”

The line was dead.

He’d said what he wanted and hung up.

I wanted to scream in anger, but there was nothing I could do.

On Daniel’s desk sat a single envelope filled with documents.

I washed my face, shampooed my hair, and got dressed—but I couldn’t bring myself to wear pants.

Even though the vibrator’s batteries were dying, it still buzzed inside me, relentless, with no sign of stopping.

What if my clothes get wet? That would be a disaster!

I pulled on a skirt that fell to my knees and took the bus to his office.

I flagged down a taxi and rushed back home.
